The Role We're seeking a passionate and self-motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help shape our product's future. You'll be working on a Django application, crafting new features and functionality while maintaining high code quality standards. Key Responsibilities Design and implement new features for our Django-based platform Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code for frontend development Create responsive and scalable UI components using SCSS Collaborate with team members in an agile environment Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Maintain and improve existing codebase Technical Requirements Must Have Strong experience with Django and Python Proven track record with TypeScript and modern JavaScript Proficiency in SASS/CSS Strong database and SQL knowledge Solid understanding of testing methodologies: Test-Driven Development (TDD) Unit, Integration and End-to-End Testing Git version control RESTful API design and implementation Nice to Have Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) CI/CD pipeline experience Understanding of cloud platforms What We're Looking For Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and approaches Team player with excellent communication skills Passion for clean, maintainable code Ability to work autonomously while remaining aligned with company goals What We Offer Startup environment with real opportunity to influence technical decisions Collaborative, transparent work culture Professional development opportunities Above market compensation package reflecting our commitment to hiring the best talent Regular team events and social activities Location You will work from our award-winning office space in Fareham, Hampshire.
