Overview FT STOCK CONTROLLER needed for our Villeroy & Boch Bicester Outlet, this is a Supervisor level position and includes hybrid working at Jamie Briggs in Upper Heyford aswell as working in store. Must be able to drive. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Stockroom Manager or Supervisor level on a full-time and permanent basis to join our team. This outlet is located inside Bicester Village (Unit 146, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, OX26 6EU) we also have a Stockroom in which the successful candidate will also be working at Jamie Briggs in Upper Heyford. Responsibilities FT STOCK CONTROLLER - The ideal candidate must be driven, self-motivated, and able to work alone as well as part of our team. The candidate must be able to open and close the store, be flexible according to the needs of the business, available to cover holidays, usually working weekends and some late shifts. The position will include a variety of tasks, so the ability to join in with all aspects of sales and assist in the running of a busy branch is an advantage. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required • Experience with accepting in and managing deliveries in a speedy manner • Managing stock transfers and location movement • Processing and shipment of customer orders • Managing stock replenishment levels effectively and efficiently to maximise sales growth • Organising stockroom for maximium efficiency. • Must be able to drive. • Exceptional customer service and sales skills • Excellent communication skills with all employees and customers • PC literate - MS Office, Word, Excel essential • Product knowledge and market awareness would be an advantage • Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety principles • Good standard of numeracy and literacy • Opening and closing of the shop • Cashing up and taking payments for accounts • Replacing displays as the products change • To be comfortable in a 1-1 selling environment • Ensure high standards of cleanliness on the shop floor and stockroom areas • Ability to learn (full training will be provided) Job Type/Contract • Permanent • Full-time • 38 hours per week • Benefits: Pension & Company Sick Pay If you're interested in joining, please email us directly.
