This individual will focus on designing reusable, high-performance, and visually consistent user interfaces and components for internal-facing solutions, often integrating with Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a reusable component library and technical standards for modern web applications. Define and govern the front-end technology stack and integration patterns with backend services. Ensure scalability and performance readiness for all web frontend solutions. Contribute to rapid prototyping and development for quick-win projects (2-4 weeks), supporting approaches like vibe coding. Mentor and support the web developers in the Factory squads. Required Experience: 10+ years in web application development, with at least 5 years as an Architect or Lead on enterprise-level web applications. Technical Skillsets: Core Languages: Expert in modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Frameworks: Deep expertise in a leading frontend framework (e.g., React) and associated state management/tooling. Integration: Strong understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL) with backend services (likely Java-based).
