As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident, organised and warm Front of House team member to help us deliver an exceptional experience from the moment members step through the door. Purpose of the Role As a Front of House team member, you are the first and last impression of ARMA. You’ll be responsible for delivering seamless member service, supporting coaches, maintaining a premium environment and ensuring the smooth running of the club on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities and Duties Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, confident and professional approach Manage check-ins, class-bookings and membership queries Provide knowledgeable information about classes, schedules, courses and memberships Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency Deliveries, laundry, lost property and stock management Preparation of coffees and smoothies Maintain a positive, community-oriented atmosphere Previous barista training/experience beneficial.
