Front House & LRC Lead (Maternity Cover) Application Deadline: 6 January 2026 Department: Student Services Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: Cross-Campus Compensation: £40,756 - £44,085 / year Description We are looking for the following staff member to join a vibrant, dynamic and successful Student Services team at Barnet and Southgate College. Maternity cover for FoH & LRC Lead is required to provide an outstanding customer service for all students. Experience in delivering a quality enrolment experience, developing effective partnership and meeting curriculum requirements is required. The successful candidate will line manage Receptionists and the Student Engagement team who are responsible for the LRC and enrolling of students including assessing their eligibility.
