FP&A Manager (MSP & Cybersecurity)

We're looking for a FP&A Manager (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time (Remote) Work Hours: U.S. business hours Duration: Long-term Rate: Competitive, based on experience Location: Must be based in the Philippines • Own the planning cycle: Build and run annual budget, monthly reforecast, and multi-year model (base, downside, and upside case). • KPI ownership & reporting • Revenue & retention: MRR/ARR, client churn and sales pipeline analysis • Analysis of busness line / client and project profitability & pricing. • Forecasting & cash: 13-week cash flow • Close partnership: Support monthly close with Accounting; variance analyses • Board materials: Build crisp narratives and visuals and KPI reporting. • M&A support • Data & systems: musr be confortable with new tools and always strive for process improvement. What makes you a great fit • 8+ years in FP&A or investing/transactions with MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity/SaaS exposure. • Proven builder in PE-backed or fast-growth environments; comfortable with imperfect data and tight timelines. • Advanced Excel modeling • Comfortable joining data across ERP (NetSuite), PSA (ConnectWise Manage), RMM and CRM What success looks like • 30 days: Baseline KPI deck and 13-week cash forecast; service-line margin view. • 60 days: Driver-based reforecast tied to pipeline, staffing, and renewals; standardized flash. • 90 days: Board pack in place • 6 months: Planning/BI automation live; trusted “single source of truth”
