Founding Talent Lead

Location: Old Street, London, UK (Onsite, 5 days a week) Mission: We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our AI-powered voice agents answer calls, manage customer accounts, and book more jobs. We are taking over call centres—starting with field services—and scaling fast. About elyos.ai [http://elyos.ai] We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 Batch. After living in San Francisco for 4 months and raising a $3m seed round, we’ve been growing revenue 50% month-on-month and expanding the team rapidly. It’s been wild so far! Why join us? This is a major role - working directly with the Founders to design world-class hiring processes, shape a high-performance team, and ensure every new team member ramps successfully. You’ll own everything related to recruiting to onboarding during a hyper phase of growth. You’ll shape the most talent-dense team for Elyos. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting * Own end to end hiring for engineering, GTM and operations * Build and run high quality and high velocity recruiting engine * Create sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent globally * Deliver a world class candidate experience, representing Elyos AI with clarity and energy * Build an amazing employer brand for Elyos Onboarding & Employee Experience * Design and deliver seamless onboarding * Get new joiners productive, fast Who you are * 4+ years in tech recruiting and talent acquisition * Experience hiring engineers and technical roles in high-growth start-ups * Strong understanding of performance management and people management * Excellent communicator and high EQ * Able to thrive in fast paced environment where you build as you go * Excited about AI and to work with an amazing team About the Role We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our growing people organisation. * Start date: immediate * Salary: Leading comp and performance bonus * Progression: Opportunity to build and lead the full People and Talent function as we scale This is a rare opportunity to shape the team, culture, and talent engine of a company scaling at breakneck speed.
