As a Founding ML Scientist, you'll define next-gen AI security, architect infrastructure for autonomous systems, and shape product vision. What you will do: Build adaptive AI security solutions that learn and evolve with the agents they protect. Establish the control layer for AI systems making real-time decisions in high-stakes environments. Drive product vision and technical strategy as a core founding team member. The ideal candidate: Experience training LLMs with modern methods like RL with GRPO or fine-tuning with QLoRA. Proficient in setting up multi-GPU training and inference infrastructure in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
