Job Description: We are seeking a Founding ML Engineer to join a pioneering fintech platform. You will replace a 'Wizard of Oz' MVP with a scalable, enterprise-grade Sovereign AI Architecture, building a real-time Deal Graph and agentic AI workflows for M&A. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and equity potential. Build a proprietary data asset, the 'Deal Graph,' creating a defensible moat and increasing value with each user. Secure significant equity at the ground floor of a category-defining fintech infrastructure product. What you will do: Design and build a 'Sovereign' AI architecture ensuring customer data isolation while contributing to a global, anonymized Deal Graph. Develop Agentic AI workflows capable of ingesting data rooms (PDFs/Excel) to analyze businesses and generate comprehensive investment memos. Architect a robust Knowledge Graph linking key entities (People, Deals, Companies, Buyers) to transform unstructured data into structured insights. The ideal candidate: A '0 to 1' builder with a proven track record of launching complex products from inception. Privacy-focused, experienced in 'Paranoid Architecture' (RBAC, encryption, SOC2) and data security in M&A contexts.
