What You’ll Do
We are looking for a high-calibre Founders' Associate to work directly with the leadership team and help build the financial and operational backbone of InteractiveAI as we scale globally.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role designed for someone with a background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a top-tier operational start-up role who wants to move closer to decision-making, take real ownership, and shape how a fast-growing AI company operates.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations - combining analytical rigour with practical execution - and will have direct exposure to company planning, performance tracking, and cross-country operations.
You will:
Financial Planning & Business Insight
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business projections used for leadership decision-making
  • Track performance against plan, identify risks and opportunities, and translate numbers into clear insights
  • Support cash-flow planning and financial discipline across the business
Operations & Company Infrastructure
  • Own and improve core operational processes across finance, HR, payroll, compliance, and vendor management
  • Act as the central point of coordination with external providers (accounting, payroll, legal, CSPs) across Ireland, Spain, and Portugal
  • Design and implement scalable internal processes and tooling as the company grows
People & Organisational Operations
  • Own key people operations workflows including hiring processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Partner with leadership to ensure smooth, compliant, and scalable people operations
Leadership & Strategic Projects
  • Prepare concise, high-quality materials for leadership discussions and planning sessions
  • Drive strategic and operational projects such as evaluating new tools, improving internal workflows, or supporting expansion initiatives
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring ideas translate into results
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2-5 years in strategy consulting, finance, operations, or a similar fast-paced, operational role (previous early stage startup experience is a plus)
  • Financial Acumen: Comfortable with numbers, structured thinking, and supporting core financial processes
  • Organisational Strength: Ability to manage multiple work streams, deadlines, and stakeholders with clarity and reliability
  • Versatility: You enjoy varied responsibilities and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in an evolving environment
  • Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative, ask smart questions, and seek solutions independently
  • Reliable Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; confident engaging with internal and external partners
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with productivity and operations tools (Google Suite, spreadsheets, project management tools). Experience with other core operations software (e.g., Personio) is a plus
  • International Mindset: Bonus if you’ve supported or worked with multi-country operations

Interview Process
