You’re Animaj CEO’s right hand on everything that matters:
Capital & board. Support CEO’s investor relations, board prep, the dataroom, and the next fundraising round. You meet Animaj’s investors and see how capital actually gets raised.
M&A. Animaj acquires IPs and companies. You run processes alongside the CEO — sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing. Most interns never touch a real deal. You’ll touch several.
Strategy & operations. Strategic memos, monthly reporting, senior-hire recruitment loops, exec meeting prep, the occasional fire. You see how a €175M-raised company actually runs.
Leverage. A real part of the job is making CEO 10x more effective — automating his recurring work, building systems so the CEO office scales. You’ll use AI tools heavily (Claude, Cursor, n8n — you will have to learn what you don’t know). You’ll learn to run a company the way the next generation of CEOs will.
