What you will do: Evaluate and improve business processes across sales, marketing, lending, and operations to drive efficiency and scalability. Conduct comprehensive data analysis across various business metrics, deeply understanding the underlying logic to inform strategic decisions. Lead key strategic projects, from partnership pitches and software implementation to fundraising support and KPI definition. The ideal candidate: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and unafraid to dive into new challenges.
