You'll drive efficiency by building automation systems with technical tools, expanding team capacity in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, and contributing across all business functions with a strategic mindset. Collaborate closely with the founder to expand team capacity and drive key initiatives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate: Proven automation mindset with technical capability to build solutions using tools like Python, n8n, or Zapier.
