Flexible Engineer

Intertek is currently participating in a major tender for FLNG project and in anticipation of a project award, we are seeking a highly skilled Flexible Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a versatile skill set that allows for adaptation to various engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities: Support cross-disciplinary engineering teams in project execution and delivery. Ensure quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness in the design and delivery of flexible risers, flowlines, and jumpers. Oversee contractor engineering, review and approve technical documents, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Monitor progress, manage technical interfaces, and resolve design and integration issues. Support the URF Package Manager with planning, reporting, and variation order management. Conduct site inspections, witness testing, and provide offshore support during installation and pre-commissioning. Participate in design reviews, HAZID, SIMOPS, and mentor junior engineers. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience. 3 years of experience with Unbonded Flexible Pipe design, manufacturing and installation (5 preferred) Fluent in English Contract duration : 1 to 3 years
