Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Registration, Documentation & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspections in line with Belgian regulations and Hertz standards. 
  • Vehicle Lifecycle Management:
    Assist in tracking fleet movements, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, ensuring timely updates in internal systems.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination:
    Liaise with dealerships, maintenance providers, and internal teams to schedule services, repairs, and vehicle deliveries.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare regular reports on fleet status, utilization, and cost metrics for management review.
  • Administrative Support:
    Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and documentation related to fleet operations.
 


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2+ years in fleet administration, automotive operations, or logistics.

 

  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems
    • Knowledge of Belgian automotive regulations
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch/French
