Overview In the role as a Fitting Room Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and manage the flow of people entering the fitting rooms. • Count garments in and out to ensure stock control and prevent loss. • Provide assistance with sizing, product availability, and styling advice when needed. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of fitting room areas, including returning unwanted items to the shop floor. • Communicate effectively with sales associates, stockroom teams, and management. • Monitor fitting room occupancy to ensure customer safety and privacy. • Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests in a polite and professional manner. • Follow all security and loss-prevention procedures. Qualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic understanding of retail operations and stock handling. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
