About This Opportunity Queensmith is opening a stunning new appointment-only showroom at 5 St Philips Place, Birmingham's premier business quarter, and we’re looking for a warm, organised, and client-focused Concierge to join our front-of-house team. This is more than a reception role. It’s an opportunity to be part of something special from day one: welcoming clients into a premium showroom, managing non-sales appointments, guiding visitors through the stories behind Queensmith, sharing the craftsmanship, design, and heritage that make each piece special, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards. You’ll be instrumental in creating a seamless, memorable client experience at a brand-new location. This part-time role has fixed hours: Wednesday 4 - 8 pm, Thursday 4 - 8 pm, and Saturday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (with a one-hour lunch break).
