The Role You are a proactive and commercially-minded analyst, adept at translating complex financial data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and support M&A activities. You will be a key member of the finance team, reporting directly to the Global CFO. Your Responsibilities You analyse large and complex financial data sets to identify trends, performance drivers, and commercial opportunities, presenting your findings clearly to senior management. You prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, long-term planning, and investment decisions across the business. You assist with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning. You develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance against strategic goals. You partner with functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide commercial insight to improve their decision-making. You produce high-quality financial reports for management and the board, explaining commercial performance with clarity and precision. You champion best practices in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the organization. You support the Global CFO with ad-hoc analysis and special projects, requiring discretion and autonomy. You stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and competitive landscape to provide a well-rounded commercial perspective. You are willing to work in person in our London studio to collaborate effectively with the finance team and other stakeholders.
