As Finance & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, payment follow-up, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with external accounting and tax advisors.
Beyond daily finance administration, you will contribute to improving workflows, strengthening financial visibility, and supporting the implementation of Holded as the company’s finance operations platform.
You will work closely with management and external partners while gaining exposure to multiple areas of finance within a growing international business.

Role Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client invoicing process and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain clear tracking of overdue invoices
- Coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors, ensuring timely and structured delivery of financial documentation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards and monitor cash movements and operational expenses
- Execute supplier payments and coordinate supplier onboarding documentation
- Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and finance reporting
- Help implement and improve workflows within Holded for invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and recurring finance processes
- Maintain accurate finance records, supporting documentation, and organized archives
- Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support management reporting and prepare concise finance summaries when needed
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, controlling, billing, collections, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with invoicing, payment follow-up, bank reconciliation, supplier payments, and finance documentation.
- Solid working understanding of Spanish accounting and tax procedures. The candidate does not need to replace the gestoría, but must understand what the gestoría needs and be able to coordinate effectively.
- Experience working with Salesforce, another CRM, or finance-related client/subscription data.
- Experience using or implementing accounting/finance software such as Holded, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, A3, or similar.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to prepare clear management reporting and simple PowerPoint summaries.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and proven capacity to work independently.
