The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Finance Analyst with Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Key resource to develop analytics & insights for the organisation.

• Build robust reporting capabilities across a number of financial metrics & key performance indicators; to include leveraging Power BI tools

• Develop business models for a variety of financial / commercial scenarios

• Project work as required to support both finance and the business functions

• Partner with key business stakeholders and proactively provide value-added analysis/financial insights

• Regular interaction with key business stakeholders to understand the business model, current market dynamics and operations in order to make recommendations to achieve established actions plans, drive efficient growth and change

• Ensuring that success is achieved through the utmost ethical and legal means

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in business administration / management, economics, engineering, finance accounting, or other business and/or finance discipline from an accredited institution

• Background in finance or finance related experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong financial acumen – ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms

• Solid understanding of multiple workstreams and how they come together

• Solid business knowledge and acumen as well as strategic thinking mindset

• Creative problem solving – ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues

• Self-starter with ability to drive change

• Very strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Work location:

• Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
