We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering innovative solutions in the biotechnology and life sciences sector. In this role, you will work on-site with clients to install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will manage service activities, including preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs, while identifying opportunities to enhance service quality. The position offers full remote flexibility while remaining closely connected to clients and internal teams, providing professional growth and exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.
Accountabilities:
· Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
· Plan, execute, and follow up on service activities on client sites.
· Perform preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs.
· Manage inventory, service orders, and documentation accurately.
· Promote service contracts and identify opportunities that support organizational goals.
Requirements
· BAC+2 or BAC+3 in industrial, chemical, or biochemical maintenance, or equivalent.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
· Strong technical skills in electricity and mechanics.
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
· Preferred: experience with automation, IT systems, and the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
