Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will support the Registered Manager and care staff in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance, and promoting a supportive and positive culture in the field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct spot checks, observations, and supervisions of care staff in the community.
• Support the Registered Manager with care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to care staff.
• Ensure care delivery meets CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly.
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4–5 weekends and one evening per week).
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in domiciliary/home care (essential).
• Experience in a supervisory or senior care role (preferred).
• Good knowledge of CIW regulations and person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Kind, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding care.
