If you have obtained or are close to obtaining your Level 3 RSPH/BPCA qualification and enjoy solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role In this field-based role, you will provide pest control services to a wide range of customers, using your customer service and problem-solving skills to determine the most effective and appropriate solutions to their individual pest issues. Key responsibilities include: Inspecting premises, plants, and commodities to identify and assess the presence, extent, and origin of pest infestations. Investigating customer premises thoroughly in the event of a serious pest problem. Submitting detailed and accurate reports on infestations and other aspects of pest control on the customer’s premises. Fully discussing the results of all inspections with the customer to ensure they are informed and satisfied. Evaluating the quality of service during an inspection and promptly addressing and rectifying any issues found. Providing estimates for the services our company can offer. Requirements Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Completed or close to obtaining your Level 3 RSPH or BPCA It would be advantageous to have a science-based degree but this is not essential Must have worked in a Technician role for a minimum of 1 year Self-motivated and an excellent problem solver Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
