Salary £25,989 - £28,142 Per Annum | permanent, Full time and part time roles available | 37 and 29.6 hours per week available | West Lancashire International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Supporting children and families across Lancaster, the Family Time Worker facilitates safe, meaningful contact sessions between children and their families, often in line with court-directed arrangements. The role involves preparing and supervising sessions, promoting positive interactions, and ensuring the emotional and physical wellbeing of children throughout. Workers maintain accurate records, liaise with social care professionals, and contribute to care planning, always prioritising the child’s voice and safety.
