| Salary £25,989 - £28,142 Per Annum | Permanent |Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week | Early Help - Chorley Children and Family Wellbeing Service (CFW) are recruiting a Family Time Worker based in our Chorley Team. We are looking to recruit someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate to supervise and support family time sessions to a high standard, supporting parents to ensure the sessions are safe and child focused. Family Time workers will supervise family time in relation to the provision of designated supervised contact between parents and children. This provision will focus on children under Children Act Section 20, Interim Care Orders. As a Family TIme Worker you will: Work closely with social workers and the senior family support worker to plan and arrange Family Time sessions. Facilitate these sessions in designated settings, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for meaningful interactions. Supervise Family Time, observe and assess interactions, and record outcomes in line with standard procedures and agreed timescales. Liaise with the family’s social worker to share information, review progress, and adapt plans as needed. Use agreed IT systems to process and record session details accurately and promptly.
