Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Building Systems Technician certificate Licenses Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act Pool Operator certificate, where required Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job Competencies Organizational skills Intermediate - Computer skills Interpersonal skills Communication skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge of tools and equipment Ability to work independently
