Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Building Systems Technician certificate Licenses Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job Pool Operator certificate, where required 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the Competencies Organizational skills Intermediate - Computer skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work independently Knowledge of tools and equipment
