Facilities Officer 36 hours per week – flexible hours, 06:30am – 20:30pm, Monday to Friday, 52-week contract. You will earn a competitive salary of £28,175.91 to £30,691.29 and have access to a range of benefits, including: £15.01 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work. The Person Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2, Standard Grades at Credit level or ideally ONC in Business Studies or equivalent. Ability to travel between different locations/buildings. Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework). Experience of resolving telephone enquiries. Communication skills. Team working skills (work together). You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
