We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations. Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out advanced technical maintenance, repair, and service work on plant equipment & machinery within the workshop. The role ensures that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards. Based from: Stonehouse, GL10 3AQ Hours: 47.5 hours per week Responsibilities for the job role: * Service, repair, and maintain a wide variety of construction machinery and plant equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery reliability and safety. * Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices. * Ensure all plant is compliant with health, safety, and legal requirements. * Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. * Support the Workshop Planner with planning maintenance schedules and equipment readiness. * Support and supervise Workshop team  * Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
