In this role you will: Proactively forward plan around complex schedules, co-ordinate activities, resources, meetings, services, manage internal and liaise with internal/external stakeholders and service providers Document / email management, including disseminating information and filing/organising. Support administration by drafting reports Operate across more than just their geographic location, depending on the diary of their Head, and providing managerial support to complex administration tasks Maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area Arranging travel and accommodation To be successful in this role you should have: Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in Investment Banking Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential Excellent verbal and written communications skills Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative as well as working collaboratively with peers Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives Flexible, able to work in a multi-tasking environment and manage priorities effectively This is a London based role with a requirement to be in the office up to 5 days a week.
