Our events — Staking Summit, Yield Innovation Summit, BTC Yield Summit, and Hyperliquid Forum — bring together top protocols, funds, and infra providers shaping the future of on-chain finance. Location Remote role within 3 +/- UTC and occasional travel to events across the globe. Profile Strong interest in crypto/DeFi and on-chain markets (you follow what’s going on, even if you’re not an OG). Commercial mindset: comfortable with prospecting, running calls, and closing B2B deals. Structured and reliable: you keep pipeline, CRM and follow-ups clean. Willing to support content/marketing tasks (social/email copy, sponsor/speaker announcements, basic coordination). Looking for a long-term role with the potential to grow into a leadership position in the crypto events vertical of Staking Rewards. Core Responsibilities Sponsorship & Partnerships Sales Own the full sales cycle for sponsorships and partnerships across Staking Summit, Yield Innovation Summit, BTC Yield Summit, and Hyperliquid Forum. Pipeline & Lead Gen Identify and prioritize target accounts (protocols, infra, funds, wallets, custodians, etc.) and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline. Account Management & Renewals Manage key sponsor relationships, drive renewals and upsells, and structure multi-event / multi-year deals. Content & Marketing Support Draft sponsor/speaker announcements and event promos (X, LinkedIn, email). Help coordinate promo calendars and simple marketing assets. Support speaker outreach, scheduling, and light prep. Support event execution (on-site or virtual): speakers, green room, basic coordination. Reporting & Coordination Maintain CRM hygiene, provide clear revenue forecasts, and share market feedback (demand, pricing, themes, competitors). Qualifications 3+ years in B2B sales / BD / partnerships, ideally with event sponsorships, media, SaaS, or Web3 Strong understanding of (or quick ramp-up in) DeFi, staking, on-chain yield Proven experience closing deals with founders, C-level, or funds Confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and running your own pipeline Comfortable writing concise social and email copy and collaborating with marketing/content Excellent English (spoken & written); other languages are a plus Event or content experience (crypto/finance/tech) is a strong bonus Benefits Opportunity to grow into a leadership role in the crypto events vertical of Staking Rewards Direct exposure to top-tier DeFi, restaking, BTC yield, and perp ecosystems Competitive compensation with performance-based upside Remote work with travel to selected flagship events Build a strong long-term network at the center of on-chain yield Ready to join?
