ERP Specialist

  Role Profile We are looking for an experienced ERP Analyst to support, maintain and improve our Infor SyteLine 10 environment. The role covers day-to-day system support, process development, troubleshooting and ongoing enhancement across multiple business areas.   Key Responsibilities * Participate in a positive and proactive EHS culture across the site.   * Provide day-to-day support for SyteLine 10 users across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Customer Services. * Investigate and resolve system issues, data problems and process gaps. * Build and maintain forms, IDOs, views and reports used across the business. * Work with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical system changes. * Maintain configuration, parameters and codes that drive business processes. * Support integrations with shop floor systems, finance tools, reporting platforms and other linked applications. * Assist with testing cycles for upgrades, patches and newly released functionality. * Carry out data analysis, cleansing and data fixes when needed. * Produce documentation including process guides, functional specs, test scripts and training packs. * Deliver user training and act as a point of contact for system queries. * Work closely with technical teams on SQL, data structures, performance issues and troubleshooting.   Person Specification * Hands-on knowledge of Infor SyteLine 10 (CloudSuite Industrial) in a live environment. * Strong understanding of key functional areas such as: * Customer Orders * Jobs and Production * APS / MRP * Purchasing and Receiving * Inventory and Warehousing * Invoicing and basic financial flows * Good grasp of SyteLine table structures and how transactional data flows through the system. * Solid SQL experience for analysis, problem diagnosis and reporting. * Ability to interpret business requirements and explain system behaviour in clear terms. * Experience in SyteLine 10 upgrades, patching or multi-site deployments. * Knowledge of Factory Track, mobile solutions or other Infor-related modules. * Familiarity with job costing, planning detail or engineering change processes. * Understanding of basic API links or integration platforms.   Personal Qualities * Methodical, curious and willing to question unclear requests. * Able to prioritise workload and work independently when required. * Good communicator who can translate technical detail into plain English. * Comfortable working with both shop-floor users and senior managers.
