GustoMSC’s Engineering Department is looking for a motivated Engineer to strengthen our Engineering teams. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the safe and efficient operation of the world’s leading offshore jack-up vessels, supporting clients across the offshore energy industry.
In this role, you will apply your analytical skills and technical expertise to deliver site-specific assessments, operational engineering support, and consultancy services that help our clients maximize the performance and safety of their jack-up assets. You will also contribute to design projects for newbuild jack-up vessels, collaborating closely with engineers from multiple disciplines and using advanced simulation tools and industry standards to translate complex offshore challenges into robust, practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analyses and verification related to operational support, including site-specific assessments.
- Evaluate environmental conditions and soil data to support safe and efficient offshore operations.
- Prepare high-quality engineering reports, technical documentation, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering disciplines to ensure integrated, compliant solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned scopes and contribute to continuous improvement of methods and tools.
Additional Responsibilities (depending on experience level)
- Review work of other engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to knowledge development within the Engineering team.
- Participate in design and technology improvements for newbuild jack-up units.
- Manage operational engineering support projects, such as site-specific assessments, from quotation to execution.
- Represent GustoMSC externally towards clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- MSc (preferred) or BSc in Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Up to 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in offshore technology.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset with affinity for structural dynamics.
- Ability to work accurately, independently, and within multidisciplinary teams.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with jack-up structures, operational engineering, or geotechnics.
