Engagement Manager Application Deadline: 23 January 2026 Department: Radiology Reporting Employment Type: Full Time Location: Head Office - London, SE15 Reporting To: Head of Operations Compensation: £38,000 / year Description We are seeking a proactive, people-focused, and operationally strong Engagement Manager to oversee and enhance engagement across our provider network, NHS/private sector clients, and wider operational teams. This role blends provider engagement, client relationship management, and operational oversight, ensuring that reporting services run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with reporters and clients, managing daily operational workflows, overseeing turnaround times, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Key Responsibilities Client and Reporter Engagement Act as day-to-day contact for NHS/private sector clients and reporter network Communicate work allocation updates, urgent reporting needs, and service expectations clearly and promptly Create, maintain, and proactively manage the radiologist rota to ensure adequate coverage for all clients and modalities Ensure client feedback is captured, communicated, and actioned Operational Oversight Monitor live service performance, ensuring reporting turnaround times (TATs) are consistently met Oversee distribution of studies based on skill mix, capacity, and client requirements to ensure timely allocation Prepare and maintain client KPI reports and data dashboards Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, efficiency gains, or enhancements to provider experience Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in account management or service delivery Confident communicator, able to engage with clinical and operational stakeholders Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities Strong problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and service quality Proficiency with Microsoft Office Background in healthcare, radiology, or diagnostic services Familiarity with PACS, teleradiology platforms, or imaging workflows Experience working with NHS clients and service-level agreements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Benefits 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with service NHS Staff Discount Scheme access Career development and progression pathways An inclusive and collaborative culture across clinical, tech, and admin teams A role where your work directly impacts patient care and NHS capacity
