The role: As Energy Engineer within our rapidly growing ESG team, you will play a key role in supporting the energy management of Staycity’s current and future buildings across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. You’ll contribute to a wide range of energy efficiency initiatives — from monitoring and improving the performance of existing systems (including domestic hot water, HVAC, and overall power consumption) to project managing energy upgrade programmes such as solar PV, heat pumps, battery storage, and other innovative solutions. This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve regular travel across our estate. You will also help foster a strong culture of energy management across the business, partnering with key stakeholders to support initiatives that reduce energy consumption, maximise efficiency, and embed sustainable practices into day-to-day operations.
