📢 We’re hiring – Embedded Software Integrator Join our In-Orbit Services (IOS) team, where innovation meets space exploration. We design and deliver advanced avionics software for satellites and are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Integrator to lead the integration and delivery of our embedded systems with rigor, clarity, and purpose. More than a technical expert, we’re looking for someone who understands the functional purpose behind the tools: what to monitor, why to automate, how to support mission-critical software delivery — and how to make it meaningful for developers, operators, and AIT. 🚀 What you’ll do Drive Functional Integration – Go beyond configuring pipelines and dashboards: ensure integration workflows actually reflect project needs. Whether it's defining meaningful Grafana metrics or verifying CI pipelines cover requirements — your focus is on what matters. Ensure Traceable & Reliable Deliveries – Plan, coordinate, and deliver embedded software to AIT on schedule. Ensure seamless integration into avionics environments and maintain clear traceability and delivery records for internal and external reporting. Own DevSat & Automation Infrastructure – Design, maintain and improve DevSat platforms for integration testing, and develop automation systems (GitLab CI/CD, quality gates, test chains) aligned with development and validation objectives. Contribute to Technical Documentation & Quality – Write internal developer guides and contribute to client delivery documents (environment descriptions, quality processes). Ensure full traceability between requirements, tests, and deliverables. 🧠 What we’re looking for 5–10 years of experience in software integration, DevOps or CI/CD in complex technical environments. Strong ability to align technical solutions with functional goals and user needs (developers, AIT, operations). Experience with automation and monitoring tools: GitLab CI, Docker/Kubernetes, Grafana. Solid understanding of software development processes, testing strategies, and delivery constraints. Excellent communication, documentation, and synthesis skills in English. Ability to work cross-functionally with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. 💡Bonus skills Prior experience with hardware-in-the-loop test platforms (EGSE, avionics benches). Familiarity with requirement management tools and traceability techniques. Knowledge of ECSS, ISO, or aerospace quality standards. Understanding of avionics or embedded systems development lifecycle. 🧭 What we value A functional mindset: you ask “what’s the goal?” before jumping to solutions. Clarity and traceability over complexity. The ability to translate technical workflows into understandable processes for others. Team spirit, autonomy, and a drive to improve tools and processes meaningfully. If you want to shape the future of space avionics and be part of an innovative team, we’d love to meet you!
