Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and highly responsible Electrical Hardware Designer with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliable engineering practices. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of electrical engineering, automation, and mechanical design contributing directly to the reliability, compliance, and operational safety of our machinery. With your structured mindset and technical expertise, you will ensure robust electrical designs that meet all applicable standards and enable seamless machine functionality.

  • Create and maintain electrical schematics and related technical documentation
  • Select and dimension electrical components in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical engineering, automation, and manufacturing teams to ensure safe and compliant implementation
  • Support internal tests, inspections, and approval processes
  • Handle technical clarifications with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards, templates, and design practices
  • Ensure machine and operator safety through thorough, detail‑oriented design work

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training, technician degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in developing electrical hardware concepts
  • Familiarity with EPLAN or similar ECAD tools is an advantage
  • Highly diligent working style paired with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
  • Good understanding of EMC requirements, safety standards, and machinery regulations
  • Good English proficiency and openness to international travel when required
  • Team‑oriented mindset and a structured, solution‑driven approach to problem‑solving
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with various technical disciplines
