Overview A wonderful couple expecting their first child in February 2026 is seeking a newborn care specialist. The couple typically splits their time between Dubai and Monaco, but the baby will be born in Europe. The family intend to stay there for the first two to three months. The schedule is still to be determined, but the parents want to be as hands-on as possible and will have the support of grandparents when needed. This is a multilingual household with English, French, Latvian, and Polish being spoken. The candidate will have their own private room and bathroom for the duration of the role. They have a well-behaved hypoallergenic service dog, a mini-Labradoodle, aged 7 years, so candidates must be comfortable. Responsibilities Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times Keeping the baby's spaces stocked, organised, and tidy Providing professional guidance and advice concerning the baby's care Working in a supportive and collaborative way with the parents, respecting the family's personal preferences while building their confidence Implementing an effective sleep and feeding routine that the parents can continue once the contract has finished Full-charge care, when/if required Qualifications Extensive previous experience Trustworthy, reliable, and an effective communicator Comfortable working in an environment with dogs An easygoing and warm attitude Must be self-sufficient and self-motivated Mom would like to breastfeed, so advice would be appreciated Hands-on and resourceful, but also knows when to give the family space Requirements The candidate should hold a European passport or have RTW Must be up to date on all vaccinations First Aid and CPR certified, or willing to certify before employment begins Excellent verifiable references A minimum of 5 years of experience, but a good fit is most important Salary and Benefits 400 Euros per 24 hours Health insurance
