As part of a team of educators, and under the responsibility of the director, you will provide support to young people aged 3-6 years.

The child:

• Accompany the child in his/her learning according to his/her needs and his/her own rhythm
• Be able to make clear and relevant presentations, adapting to the child, according to the pedagogical choices defined by the school's management
• Accompany the child in his psychological development in a benevolent manner by being attentive to his needs
• Accompany the child in the care of his/her person
• Plan and monitor the children's progress on the transparent classroom
• Organize outings outside the classroom environment
• Bringing the classroom environment to life through themes and projects

The prepared environment

• Preparing the environment in a harmonious way
• Ensuring that sufficient materials and supplies are always available by communicating needs to the school administration through the school's chosen channel
• Maintain the environment in a clean and neat condition, participating in the cleaning of the equipment and premises, and if necessary, in minor repairs to the environment
• Ensure that the child can move safely within the premises

The team

• Communicate in a caring manner with the other members of the pedagogical team; exchange observations made with the children; decide together on improvements to be made within the environment
• Carry out his/her mission according to the recommendations of the school administration

The parents

• Create and maintain a link with the parents by exchanging regularly with them
• Discuss the follow-up of their child, through regular meetings
• Participate in meetings after the child's registration and before his arrival in the school

Other

• Actively participate in open house events or any other action aimed at promoting the school and its development
• Any mission may be added to the educator's mission according to the needs of the school and its environment, after discussion within the team, and at the request of the school's management

Training and Experience

• Holder of an Montessori diploma or teacher of english as second language
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Type of contract : CDD jusqu'en juin 2026

Working hours : Full time - school days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday except school vacations) : 8am - 5pm

Remuneration : to be defined according to experience
