Overseeing planning, room organisation, and provision to meet children's individual needs including SEN What we need from you In the role of Early Years Teacher, we're ideally looking for someone who has: A degree and a desire to become an Early Years Teacher, with willingness to train through a supported route such as EYITT and eligibility for EYITT, including relevant GCSE's in English and maths (C/4+ or equivalent) Recognised Early Years Initial Teacher (EYTS/QTS) or willingness to work towards it. Experience of working in or leading within an early years or school setting, with strong skills in planning, observation, assessment, and reflective practise. Excellent up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and solid understanding of child development from 0-5 years confident supporting children with SEND, with awareness of statutory requirements and inclusive practice. A clear understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety within early years. Strong digital skills for recording learning, planning, communication, and using online systems effectively.
