Evergreen Nursery at Abbots Green Academy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Evergreen Nursery is part of the Abbots Green Academy family, offering a warm, inclusive, and stimulating setting where children begin their learning journey with curiosity and confidence. We pride ourselves on our child-centred approach and strong community ethos. You will: hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred) have a genuine passion for working with children aged 2–4 demonstrate creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach work well as part of a team and communicates effectively with children, families, and colleagues have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices. Your role will Include: supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities observing and recording progress to inform planning and assessment creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment building strong relationships with children and their families.
