Role Description:<\/b>
<\/p>
- Dynamics 365\/Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
- Solution Design & Development<\/b>: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
<\/span><\/li>
- Customization & Configuration<\/b>: Customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and build Power Apps\/Power Automate workflows to address business requirements.
<\/span><\/li>
- Integration: <\/b>Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third\-party applications) using web services, APIs, and connectors.
<\/span><\/li>
- Data Analysis & Reporting<\/b>: Leverage Power BI to create detailed dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive data\-driven decision\-making.
<\/span><\/li>
- Collaboration with Stakeholders<\/b>: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements, ensure proper implementation, and meet project milestones.
<\/span><\/li>
- Quality Assurance & Testing<\/b>: Ensure the quality and performance of all applications by performing testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.

- Coding and Testing<\/b>: Write, test, and deploy code to ensure applications meet quality standards of GOM
<\/span><\/li>
- Best Practices & Documentation<\/b>: Develop and maintain technical documentation, following best practices for version control, release management, and deployment.
<\/span><\/li>
- Data Management<\/b>: Oversee data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance processes.
<\/span><\/li>
- Project Management<\/b>: participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time.
<\/span><\/li>
- Mentorship\/Training<\/b>: Mentor fellow developers on dynamics related issues and provide technical support to the team to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365.

- At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Proven experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules.
<\/span><\/li>
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data modeling.
<\/span><\/li>
- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with third\-party applications via APIs, web services, and connectors.
<\/span><\/li>
- Hands\-on experience with model\-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom connectors in Power Apps.

- Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (plugins, workflows, forms, views, business rules).

- Strong experience in Power BI for creating data visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
<\/span><\/li>
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control, CI\/CD, and release management.
<\/span><\/li>
- Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and other web development technologies.
