There is current one permanent, part time (0.80) post available in Older Persons Services, Tivoli Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin
A panel maybe formed from this campaign for Social Care Services (Older Persons Services), IHA Dublin South and Wicklow, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration maybe filled.
Purpose of the Post:
The primary purpose of this position is to arrange appropriate service provision for the Older Person in accordance with their assessed needs and having regard to the available resources.
The position is key in the co-ordination and management of care and support arrangements for the Older Person in their home.
