Purpose of the Post

The post holder will provide the professional and clinical leadership, management and support to facilitate the Speech and Language Therapy team to provide a quality Speech and Language Therapy service to meet the needs of the service-user population.

The position requires a strategic approach to the development of services and structures embracing continuous quality improvement which is underpinned by organisational objectives.
