The Role This is a high-impact, builder role. Albatross has raised significant funding and established a robust, scalable platform that processes billions of events each month and delivers a measurable revenue impact for customers. With integrations deployable in weeks, we’re ready to accelerate growth, and we’re looking for a sales leader who can make that happen. You will: Own and scale new customer acquisition across key markets by shaping the go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships, and executing a focused sales playbook that scales proven success. Provide vision and direction, identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying ahead of industry developments and positioning the company for future growth. Develop and monitor KPIs to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Represent Albatross at industry events and client meetings. Collaborate across teams and translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product and strategy input. Reporting to the CEO, lead, motivate, and develop a small team of high-performing Sales Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success. 15+ years of proven success in B2B sales, driving growth and exceeding targets across AI-driven digital personalization markets. Strong network within eCommerce and online marketplaces, with the proven ability to secure meetings with key decision-makers at top target companies through existing relationships or direct outreach Data focused and well-versed in the ecosystem of personalization, search, and machine learning. Strategic yet hands-on leader with experience in small, agile teams; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require adaptability, collaboration, and decisive action. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences. Willingness to travel up to 50% across regions for client and partner meetings. Fluent in English; proficiency in at least one other major European language. Flexibility to work from anywhere across Europe. Compensation package includes a base salary with performance-based commission. Participation in the company’s ESOP program.
