Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Title: Fresher Diploma Engineer - Precision Air Conditioning (Installation & Service) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time *Job Summary:* As a Fresher Diploma Engineer, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to install, maintain, and repair precision air conditioning systems. You will learn and develop skills in handling and maintaining precision air conditioning equipment, troubleshooting, and customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* - Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of precision air conditioning systems - Learn and understand system components, controls, and safety protocols - Troubleshoot and repair faults in air conditioning systems - Conduct routine checks and maintenance activities - Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks - Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used *Requirements:* - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field - Freshers are welcome (0-1 year of experience) - Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems - Good communication and customer service skills - Willingness to work in shifts, travel, and learn *Preferred Skills:* - Basic understanding of precision air conditioning systems - Familiarity with electrical and electronic controls - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Requirement Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
