In this pivotal role, you’ll embed digital solutions across the care market, helping providers deliver care more efficiently and effectively. Reimagine the possibilities. What you will do Identify and develop digital opportunities across Adult Social Care (ASC). Work collaboratively with operational teams, contract teams, and stakeholders to co-produce digital approaches for care providers. Support prevention initiatives through digital care technologies and information platforms. Lead innovation trials and integration projects with care providers. Deliver co-production workshops to strengthen relationships with the people we support. What we are looking for Expert knowledge of our Digital Care Partnership. Strong practice expertise and experience in social care. A passion for digital transformation and improving lives. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment. Excellent relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience or interest in innovation, integration, and digital project delivery.
