Meaningful Benefits at Harts Group  * Digital Marketing Manager Salary of £40,000+ DOE * 50% Off all Food & Drink across all Harts Group * Company trips to meet our Top suppliers in Mexico, Spain and across the UK * Increasing holiday allowance on top of your 28 days paid holidays * Monthly food & drink tastings to keep your tastebuds busy * Career development, 1-on-1 coaching and training opportunities * Enhanced Maternity & Paternity packages * Access to Wagestream Platform where you can access your wages early and manage your money * A paid volunteering day to support our communities and causes that matter to you * Cycle to Work Scheme * Access to Hospitality Action to support your wellbeing in and out of work * CODE membership with amazing discounts in the hospitality industry * Test drive our new openings, you are invited to a brilliant meal with your team * Working with a great group of individuals where you can be yourself and enjoy your career The Digital Marketing Manager role * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance/ digital marketing, with proven ROI delivery in hospitality or agency. * Hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush. * Strong in digital strategy and activation including social, SEO, CRM, email marketing, and data analysis. * Experience with AI tools, BI platforms (Looker Studio/Power BI), and delivering ROI-driven frameworks. * Network of digital influencers with proven campaign results. * Highly organised, data-driven, and commercially focused. * A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for the Harts Group family of brands. * This is a Monday to Friday role, working from 09:30am till 06:00pm including one day WFH * Evenings and Events presence required 2-3 times per month Key Responsibilities * Build full-funnel measurement tracking acquisition, conversion, retention with clear commercial impact and ROI * Monitor channel KPIs (CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, revenue per booking) and create weekly/monthly dashboards for stakeholders * Own digital budgets with clear spend efficiency and ROI reporting; partner with Sales/Operations on revenue targets * Lead A/B testing programmes, implement attribution models, and identify commercial opportunities through analytics * Manage website with web development agency: landing pages, UX, content, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing * Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimisation to drive organic revenue with specialist freelancers / agencies * Track website performance metrics: traffic sources, conversion paths, bounce rates, revenue attribution * Manage and optimise PPC, paid social, retargeting campaigns for maximum ROAS and efficiency – internally and/or with specialist freelancer or agency * Analyse performance against commercial KPIs, optimise budgets based on data, maintain competitive advantage * Lead segmentation, automation, journey optimisation to drive repeat bookings and lifetime value hand in hand with Sales Teams and apply it to digital marketing campaigns * Track email ROI (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue per email) and develop retention strategies * Collaborate with Comms and Marketing Manager (and Director) to shape and execute social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok with KPIs linked to commercial as well as brand outcomes (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, revenue) * Feed into content strategy, balancing brand storytelling with performance content, optimised per platform * Balance internal content creation with external specialists for optimal quality and cost-effectiveness * Build internal capabilities for day-to-day content and community management * Engage agencies/specialists for high-production campaigns and strategic initiatives where expertise justifies cost * Develop freelance relationships (photographers, videographers, creators) for efficient delivery * Manage your own network of food/drink/hospitality influencers driving measurable awareness and conversions * Implement tiered influencer strategy (macro/micro/nano) based on ROI: track performance (reach, engagement, traffic, bookings, CPA), develop long-term partnerships, negotiate performance-based arrangements * TikTok-specific approach: Engage TikTok-native creators for viral potential, partner with specialist agencies for campaigns. Balance organic and paid TikTok (in-feed ads, branded challenges, spark ads) based on ROI. Monitor trends, track metrics (views, engagement, conversions, revenue), test UGC strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality * Always show respect, strong team ethic and empathy for your colleagues. * Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome.
