We are seeking a Digital IT Solutions Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital products and IT solutions that elevate the user experience and improve operational performance. In this role, you will shape digital roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure technology initiatives are delivered efficiently and strategically. You will contribute to strengthening digital channels, enhancing self-service capabilities, and driving innovation across the organization. The position requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful digital outcomes. This role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new digital products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and business operations teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions on schedule.
  • Develop and manage the digital roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on user needs and business value.
  • Lead regular user testing and feedback analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of omni-channel communication, including self-service banking, AI-powered chat, and integrations with contact center operations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure alignment with digital initiatives and service expectations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to team members while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in digital product or digital support management.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and working with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital product lifecycle processes.
  • Minimum two years of experience collaborating with senior leadership on strategic roadmapping and data-driven planning.
  • Familiarity with digital product management tools, including project planning, workflows, and system diagrams.
  • At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes.
