We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Designer with motion graphics experience to join a dynamic, remote-first team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content across multiple digital platforms, including web, social media, email, and paid campaigns. You will have the opportunity to develop everything from landing page designs and HTML banners to animated videos, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to delivery. This role offers a high degree of creative autonomy, the chance to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and the opportunity to influence the overall visual identity and motion style across the platform. Your work will directly impact how users engage with digital content, and you will contribute to raising the bar for design quality and innovation.

Accountabilities:

·        Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, email, and web platforms.

·        Create storyboards, treatments, and video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Snap.

·        Collaborate with Art Directors, marketers, and other team members to develop concepts and maintain brand consistency.

·        Ensure all visual content aligns with brand systems, tone of voice, and design guidelines.

·        Contribute to 3D design, type, layout, and animation projects to elevate user engagement.

·        Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time and maintaining a high standard of quality.

·        Provide guidance and feedback to external talent and junior designers when required.

Requirements

·        5+ years of experience in digital and motion design, ideally with exposure to 3D design and animation.

·        Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and optionally Cinema 4D or similar tools.

·        Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives.

·        Experience creating content for digital campaigns, HTML banners, social media, and video platforms.

·        Understanding of HTML ad builds and CRM platforms is a plus.

·        Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

·        Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

·        Awareness of current design and motion trends and an interest in exploring new creative approaches.
